Vienna · est. 2026 · Issue 01
The all-in cost of any trade — fee, hidden spread, withdrawal — measured live across every exchange returning fresh data and the DEX route, with a sourced Reliability Score beside each exchange.
Why Skontro exists
01
“Zero fees.” Then the spread, the gas and the withdrawal quietly make the trade cost more — and you only see it once the click is irreversible.
Fee + hidden spread + network + withdrawal, computed for your exact order size — so “0% fee” never fools you again.
02
You hand an exchange your money and just hope. Then a withdrawal freezes, support sends a copy-paste script, and you remember how FTX felt.
Withdrawal reliability, proof-of-reserves, regulatory standing, security history — scored, sourced, dated. Never paid for.
03
Your holdings sit across exchange accounts, on-chain wallets, DeFi, staking and LPs. No single screen ever shows the lot — honestly.
Wallets and exchanges in one read-only EUR statement — paste an address and see it before you sign up.
04
Your tracker shows what you own. Never what it would really cost to get out — or how much you have quietly bled in fees along the way.
Live exit cost at your size, recorded fee excess versus our modeled cheapest cost, and score-drop alerts on your venues.
05
Moving coins off an exchange is priced in three different places — withdrawal fee, network choice, bridge — and picking blind can cost more than the trade did.
The Move check prices your exit route — withdrawal fee, network and bridge where needed — and shows what actually arrives on the other side.
How it works
01
Compare the true cost of any trade and the Reliability Score of every exchange, and paste a public wallet address to see that wallet’s supported positions. All before you ever sign up.
02
Paste a public wallet address. It reveals that address and its public on-chain activity to Skontro, but gives us no keys, signatures or ability to move funds. Want exchange balances too? Add read-only API keys: we verify every key really is read-only before storing it, and re-check every seven days.
03
Your holdings' value over time, the live exit cost of every position, the ledger of what your trades quietly cost, and reliability alerts on your venues. You decide what to do next.

A note from Vienna
Skontro started as a fee calculator I built for myself, the day I realised the exchange advertising “0% fees” had quietly become the most expensive place I traded. The fee was zero. The spread was not. The number that mattered — what a trade costs all-in, at my size, right now — existed nowhere. So I built it.
I run a risk consultancy in Vienna; scepticism towards advertised numbers is my day job. Three things here are built into the code, not the marketing: we never hold your coins, we never execute anything, and no exchange can pay us to rank higher.
